Nanaia's bill will allow those seeking territorial customary rights orders under the Foreshore and Seabed Act to receive legal aid. Its perfectly reasonable, given that we allow legal aid for Treaty claims.
It is really vital to publicise and oppose reform of the Nuclear Free Act, we fought hard for that in the eighties and it would be a terrible blow to lose it. We are a beacon of inspiration to people worldwide struggling against nuclear technology and it's poisonous effects.
